We work with a range of partners — from corporates to government agencies to local organisations, as well as with other universities. This work can be longer-term — offering an ongoing collaboration accompanying organisations through change — or shorter-term workshops and events.

The work we offer does not provide solutions or quick fixes. We help you to see how time is working in your organisation, we hold up a mirror and then support you to identify where timings, rhythms and frames might be in tension with your overarching goals and how these might be rethought. We do this in three ways:

1. Accompanying the organisation over time and helping to attend to what is at play.

2. Workshops and events, often arts based, always accessible - that create brave and playful spaces to understand and work through differences.

3. Council facilitation to support groups to sit together and learn the stories of time that are emerging in their organisations and that need tending to.

Our collaborations always involve a learning and research process so that the organisation and the wider collective community can learn from our activities. We are also actively involved in ongoing research projects and are open to approaches from academic colleagues looking to develop collegiate collaborations.
